Function Health offers an integrated service that facilitates affordable, clinician-ordered laboratory testing with extensive biomarker analysis, detailed individual reporting, clinical review, and health monitoring. These services support diagnosis, prevention, mitigation, and ongoing health management, which may qualify for reimbursement under a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), but eligibility is determined by IRS rules and your plan administrator.

Yes. We provide itemized receipts that you may submit to your HSA/FSA administrator. Members can expect to receive a receipt via email within one business day of scheduling lab testing. The receipt will include cost details, date of payment and service, and the ordering clinician. If you have not received a receipt after one business day of scheduling your lab visits, please email hello@functionhealth.com, and we will ensure one is sent to you. Function does not provide a Tax ID number, medical diagnosis, or diagnostic codes. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. Please contact your FSA/HSA plan administrator in advance to confirm the terms of reimbursement.
