The cost of a Function membership includes access to 160+ lab tests; that’s access to 5x more lab testing than an average physical and goes further facilitating tests in major areas like heart, thyroid, hormones, cancer markers, nutrients, immunity, autoimmunity, and more. These tests are championed by specialists, from cardiologists to endocrinologists. Each set of test results includes detailed insights from leading doctors, keyed to your specific data, as well as a detailed, clinician-approved summary of your results. If any result is urgent, a clinician will reach out to you.
Function is available throughout the continental United States, except for Rhode Island. Function requires members to have a valid US address and active US phone number. Lab visits are available at 2,000+ locations across 48 states. At this time, lab visits are not available in Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Getting advanced testing used to be complicated—confusing PDFs, endless Googling, tracking numbers in spreadsheets, and surprise bills. Function is changing that by combining transparent pricing, easy-to-understand results, and meaningful insights developed with world-class doctors.
We have teamed-up with one of the nation’s leading laboratory providers to facilitate our members’ lab tests; our partner performs over 50 million tests per year and is trusted by the entire medical community. You can choose to receive your tests at over 2,000 lab locations across the US, there is a location within 10 miles of the majority of households in the United States. Lab visits are not currently available in Rhode Island, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
