What is The Function100?

Function’s mission is simple: empower everyone to live 100 healthy years.

The Function100 is our inaugural editorial series recognizing 100 individuals whose work is helping make that future possible. Spanning science, medicine, technology, culture, and performance, it highlights people advancing how health is understood, practiced, and improved.

Each honoree will be featured with a brief profile highlighting the work you’re doing and why it matters, and a photo.

This curated collection will live on Function’s website and be shared across our channels, including email and social media, reaching millions of people deeply engaged in health and longevity.

What is Function?

Function is the first platform to make lab testing, advanced imaging, and longitudinal health data accessible and understandable. Function members receive access to 160+ lab tests —including biannual testing—for just $365/year with options for powerful Add-On Tests, like the GRAIL Cancer Test and proactive MRI and CT scans. Each member's lab results are integrated into an intelligent interface that offers a personalized view of their health to support powerfully informed decision-making. Function is redefining what it means to take control of your health.

Who will be profiled?

The Function100 will feature 100 individuals who are operating at the top of their respective fields, whose work is meaningfully advancing how people live longer, healthier lives.

Honorees have been hand-selected by our editorial team, including our co-founders, Jonathan Swerdlin and Mark Hyman, M.D., and medical advisors such as Dan Sodickson, M.D., PhD and Danna Chung, M.D. The honorees span healthcare, science, technology, innovation, education, advocacy, culture, and athletic performance.

Where will The Function100 be featured?

Your profile will be published as part of the Function100 editorial showcase and shared across Function’s website, email communications, and social media platforms.

What does participation entail?

If you choose to participate, we’ll create a short profile recognizing your work as part of the showcase. We will also share social assets you may choose to share, but there are no expectations beyond permission to feature your name, image, and approved bio.

What do you need from me?

We’re keeping this simple and respectful of your time. Here's what we’re asking for:

  • Permission to feature your name, image, and likeness across our owned channels [release here]
  • A high-resolution headshot

Who else will be featured?

Participation is currently being confirmed, and the full list will be shared once finalized.

Any other questions?

We’re grateful for your consideration and hope you’ll be part of the inaugural Function100. Please reach out to us at function100@functionhealth.com.
