*A calculation is a result estimated from one or more directly measured lab tests rather than measured itself. Calculations can help spot patterns, but their accuracy depends on the underlying lab data, and not all are validated for clinical use. Superpower figures reflect their published membership as of September 2026. We update this page when their menu changes.
Establish your baseline with an Annual MRI
Lab tests measure signals in your blood. MRI shows what’s happening in your body. Use both to check your health every year.
Safe: MRIs use magnets and radio waves to take images. No harmful radiation.
*Up to a $200 credit off imaging for Function members only.

Tested conditions
We offer several types of MRIs and CTs, each focused on different areas of the body. Together they look for signs of cancer and hundreds of other conditions across the head, neck, abdomen, pelvis, spine, hips, knees, lungs, and heart. What follows is a sample of the findings each type can surface, not an exhaustive list.
Annual MRI
Brain cancer
Brain lesions
Accelerated brain aging
Signs of prior stroke
Sinus inflammation
Thyroid cancer

MRI
Annual MRI
Scans for signs of hundreds of potential conditions, including early signs of cancer of the brain, thyroid, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, adrenal glands, bladder, ovaries, uterus, and prostate. Also scans for signs of prior stroke, sinus inflammation, fatty liver, uterine fibroids, and abdominal aortic aneurysm.
Chest, Lungs, Heart, Breasts, Arms/Legs, Spine, Esophagus, Small intestine, Large intestine (including the colon)
MRI with Spine
Everything in the Annual MRI, plus spine coverage to look for signs of spinal lesions and tumors, herniated discs, cervical spinal stenosis, spondylosis, fractures, scoliosis, arthritis, and other degenerative changes.
Chest, Lungs, Heart, Breasts, Arms/Legs, Esophagus, Small intestine, Large intestine (including the colon)
MRI with Skeletal and Neurological Assessment
Everything in the MRI with Spine, plus looks for signs of potential neurodegeneration in the brain and narrowing in the arteries of the head and neck, and provides a brain age analysis. Also includes body composition assessment (fat and muscle volume), hip evaluation (labrum, cartilage, and joint health), and knee scans (for meniscus, ACL, and MCL injuries).
Chest, Lungs, Heart, Breasts, Arms/Lower legs, Esophagus, Small intestine, Large intestine (including the colon)
CT
Heart CT
This low-dose CT scan measures calcium buildup in the arteries of the heart (coronary arteries), with a coronary artery calcium (CAC) score to assess long-term cardiovascular risk. The images are timed with the heartbeat to avoid blurriness from the heart’s normal movement and rhythm.
Breasts, Chest, Lungs, Pancreas, Liver, Kidneys, Esophagus, Small intestine, Large intestine (including the colon)
Lungs CT
This low-dose CT scan can help detect early signs of lung cancer, lung nodules or masses, emphysema, and other lung or airway abnormalities.
May comment on overall heart size (e.g., heart enlargement).
Scans are changing the fight against cancer with an early and accurate look inside your body.
Andrew
Age 54
I’m a lifelong athlete and I’ve always taken my health seriously so I was shocked that my scan showed stage 3 kidney tumors on both kidneys. My physician says taking the scan has given me a chance for a longer life.
Sam

Function blows my mind. The experience, price, and clinician notes are all phenomenal.

True story
Proactive MRI scans caught Holly’s cancer early—twice
MRI scans gave Holly peace of mind, early answers, and the opportunity to reclaim her health—not once, but twice.
